UK LLP Formation

Below are the steps you will go through during your UK LLP Registration. Please read them before your proceed.

1. Please choose the UK LLP formation package or structure you wish to take as a base (you will have an option to add additional services to it at a later stage), which can be found at the bottom of this page.
2. At this stage you will see the questionnaire which is essential to complete correctly and in full to form a UK LLP or an offshore company as part of your structure. You will not be asked for payment details at this stage, but would need to choose a payment method. You have to click “Submit” button after the questionnaire is completed.
3. You will see the invoice for your UK LLP incorporation, UK Tax free business structure or forming an offshore company. We recommend that you take your time checking the information provided and the services/prices you selected are correct. You can go back to make amendment your input by clicking “Back” button on your browser. You need to print your invoice to be able to make a payment to us and for your own record keeping. You have to press “Confirm” button to complete your order.
4. Please inform us of the payment made either by e-mail or phone. Our details can be found on the invoice or on Contact us page.
5. We will start UK LLP registration and offshore company formation (if you ordered it as part of the business structure or as a separate package) upon the receipt of payment and all necessary information. We will ship your LLP UK package or company ordered by express courier delivery (i.e. FedEx, DHL, etc).

The UK LLP registration package will be shipped the following day (unless you require Apostilation (it adds 5 days to order) or Notarisation and a company seal (it adds 2 days to order). The offshore company kit will be shipped on the same day or the following day at the latest from Dominica, Anguilla and Nevis; from Seychelles in three working days.

Please allow from one to five working days for the delivery, depending upon where you are based. For example, it takes two working days for the package to reach UK from Anguilla, Dominica and Nevis. All necessary forms for opening a bank account for UK LLP or offshore company will be either e-mailed or included in the Package.

You will be informed of the tracking number of your package with UK LLP formation kit and offshore company registration documents, so you can track it on the internet yourself.
